Role OverviewKaira Hair Care is scaling quickly and needs a marketing automation specialist to manage customer communications across multiple channels. The role focuses on building a connected automation setup that delivers timely, relevant messages throughout the customer journey.Core WorkSet up and connect the WhatsApp Business API.Create automated chat experiences for Instagram and Facebook Messenger.Build and maintain automation flows for email and SMS.Link automations with the Shopify store for use cases such as cart recovery, order notifications, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.Design customer journey logic so messages are triggered on the right channel at the right time for the right audience.What the Company Is Looking ForPractical experience working with ManyChat, which is currently in use, or the ability to achieve similar outcomes using platforms such as WATI, Interakt, or Twilio.Strong familiarity with WhatsApp Business API setups and Shopify integrations.Ability to create automation journeys that drive conversions rather than simply sending messages.Good organizational skills, a self-directed work style, and comfort managing the function independently from end to end.Work ArrangementThis is a full-time position based in or near Ahmedabad, with a hybrid work setup mentioned in the source.How to ApplyInterested candidates are expected to share a brief note about automation projects they have previously built.
