Role overview
A globally recognised advanced manufacturing company is looking for a detail-focused Inventory Coordinator to support its Supply Chain function in a busy, high-performance environment. This role is based in Mt Wellington, Auckland, and offers a permanent full-time position with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday.
The opportunity is well suited to someone aiming to begin or advance a career in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or broader supply chain operations. The team is especially keen to meet energetic people who learn quickly, take responsibility for their work, and contribute to strong operational results.
What you will do
- Accept and process incoming deliveries
- Sort received stock, complete receipting, and store items in the correct locations
- Keep inventory records accurate within ERP systems
- Identify stock mismatches and work through the cause of discrepancies
- Carry out daily cycle counts
- Move parts and production kits to internal teams as needed
- Maintain an orderly warehouse and uphold 5S standards
- Work with production, operations, and supply chain colleagues to meet deadlines
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Who this role is for

A background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is valued. Recent graduates with a real interest in supply chain and operations are also welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail, good organisation, confidence with computers and new software, clear communication, a positive mindset, and the ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment are all important. A proactive attitude and a willingness to step up when needed will also be an advantage.
