Role Overview
4M Building Solutions is hiring a full-time General Cleaner for janitorial services in Gladwin, Michigan. This onsite position offers a pay rate of $19 per hour and typically runs Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed. The schedule can vary.
What You’ll Do
As a frontline team member, you’ll be trained to support a range of cleaning and upkeep tasks using 4M’s green-sealed certified cleaning and disinfecting methods and equipment.
- Use 4M’s cleaning and disinfection procedures and equipment once trained.
- Represent the company in a professional, dependable, and courteous manner.
- Clean and polish surfaces such as counters, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Restock paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum assigned areas.
- Watch for facility issues and report needed repairs, replacements, leaks, and drips.

Requirements
