Role overview
The position is with The Muthoot Group in Gurgaon, Haryana. It is a full-time, on-site role focused on gold loan branch operations, customer communication, documentation, and day-to-day administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Receive gold from customers, inspect it carefully, and verify the details.
- Explain the available loan plans and schemes to customers in a clear manner.
- Handle documentation work and keep system records updated accurately.
- Prepare the daily statement, take printouts, and arrange vouchers.
- Maintain voucher files, cash book entries, statements, advice slips, and other accounting records.
- Manage the movement of cheques and assist with cash-handling activities.
- Stay in touch with banks and the regional office for operational coordination.
