About the Role
This position is for a highly organized Personal Assistant who will support the CEO in a remote, work-from-home setup. The role centers on keeping day-to-day administrative work running smoothly, coordinating communication, and helping manage schedules and projects efficiently. Success in this position will require strong communication, initiative, the ability to solve problems proactively, and comfort handling several priorities at once.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should already have experience in personal assistance or a comparable administrative role. Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities are important, along with confident written and spoken communication. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is needed. The role also requires someone who can work independently from home with limited supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Prior experience handling schedules, correspondence, and travel coordination is also expected.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO’s inbox, calendar, and appointment schedule to keep plans organized and efficient.
- Set up meetings, conference calls, and virtual events, including preparing the relevant agendas and supporting materials.
- Draft and organize reports, presentations, and other documents when needed.
- Arrange travel logistics such as flights, lodging, and local transport.
- Assist with personal errands and everyday tasks that help the CEO manage their routine.
- Treat sensitive information carefully and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track outstanding tasks and projects, following up to help ensure completion on time.
