Role Overview
The Digital Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone for Perelel’s online storefront. This role focuses on keeping the product catalog, promotion schedule, launch process, and on-site testing moving efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for executing merchandising tasks in Shopify, supporting promotional campaigns by creating and checking discount codes, and managing e-commerce experiments from planning through launch. The position involves close coordination with marketing, product, operations, development, and design teams to ensure every product, page, and promotion is launched correctly and on time. It is well suited to a highly organized, detail-focused self-starter who wants to develop a career in e-commerce within a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the promotional plan for the brand’s major annual sale events, including creating discount codes, preparing site module briefs, optimizing the side cart, and completing QA checks.
- Upload and maintain store content in Shopify, including product copy updates, images, videos, and materials for active experiments, while making sure everything is published accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate the setup and launch of new products on the e-commerce site by working with marketing, product, operations, and development teams.
- Manage CRO experiments and recurring site updates from start to finish, including briefing, copy development, design coordination, and developer handoff.
- Work with operations, product, development, and marketing teams on a variety of e-commerce initiatives such as bundles, the quiz, Rebuy, and related projects.
- Review new product launches, feature releases, discount codes, and A/B tests to confirm the customer experience is functioning as intended.
- Create and update collections and landing pages to support promotions, launches, and ongoing merchandising needs.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Between 1 and 5 years of professional experience is expected.
- The ideal candidate is organized, highly motivated, and quick to learn.
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from concept to completion, is important.
- Strong communication skills are needed, with the ability to present issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly and succinctly.
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong focus on quality assurance and accuracy are essential.
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, is helpful but not mandatory.
