Role overview
This position focuses on enhancing customer prediction and segmentation models, building AI-driven solutions, and improving the analytical foundation used for product, process, and strategic decisions.
What you'll do
- Refine existing customer forecasting and profiling models using statistical and mathematical techniques.
- Design, implement, and deploy AI models and related advanced use cases.
- Develop analytical decision support that helps improve customer profitability and informs product and process strategy.
- Build and keep improving a statistically robust real-time contact-control framework, including strategy and rule design.
- Maintain and expand the use of the BAP/Tableau platform.
What we're looking for
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a natural sciences discipline with a Data Science and Machine Learning focus.
- Several years of practical experience in modelling and data management.
- Strong working knowledge of Python, Git, and SAS.
- Experience using Tableau or another data visualization tool.
- A practical, hands-on way of working.
- Empathy and enthusiasm for modern, agile ways of working.
