Role Overview

This role sits at the center of descriptive and diagnostic analysis. The Data Analyst will own everyday reporting, translate team activity into executive-level insights and presentation decks, respond to ad hoc business questions, and help keep metrics and narratives consistent. The position suits someone who enjoys making sense of messy data and explaining findings clearly to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Track trends, measure business impact, and turn findings into concise, persuasive narratives.
• Build ad hoc summary analyses for both internal teams and external audiences.
• Maintain written documentation for workflows, data definitions, and operating processes to support compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Work as a direct analytical point of contact for important stakeholders.
• Create scalable dashboards that reduce manual reporting effort.
• Help establish and uphold strong data quality practices and consistent reporting standards.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Tableau.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to write SQL queries to pull, transform, and analyze data from different sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets without compromising data accuracy.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving ability, including the skill to interpret complex datasets and explain insights clearly.
• Good data visualization and modern presentation design skills.
• A practical understanding of data quality principles and best practices is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is between USD 75,000 and USD 130,000. The final offer will depend on factors such as relevant experience, skills, scope of the role, and location, and will be positioned thoughtfully for internal equity and growth.

In addition to base pay, the role may include equity grants, bonus eligibility, a 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, paid holidays, wellness/learning/home office stipends, and other benefits intended to support employees inside and outside work.
