About the Role
Standex Electronics is looking for a CRM Administrator to support its worldwide Sales and Marketing functions. In this position, you will handle the everyday administration, setup, and improvement of the Salesforce and QuickBase platforms, working closely with business partners to strengthen workflows, preserve data accuracy, and ensure the CRM environment continues to serve business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of system administration for Salesforce and QuickBase across the Electronics business.
- Help move users and business processes from QuickBase into Salesforce.
- Set up and maintain CRM components such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval workflows.
- Control user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security configurations.
- Convert business needs into practical and scalable CRM solutions.
- Create and manage dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, performance, and key metrics.
- Track data quality and introduce methods for cleansing, validation, and governance.
- Support connections with external platforms such as ERP, marketing automation, CLM, and BI tools.
- Assist with releases, testing, deployments, and end-user training activities.
- Prepare documentation for system setup, procedures, and best practices.
- Serve as the bridge between internal users and external developers or partners.
- Identify ways to improve automation, ease of use, and user adoption.
- Promote long-term adoption and sustainability of the CRM platform.
- Develop training content and standard operating procedures.
- Train both new and current users on the system.
- Resolve user-reported issues and troubleshoot platform problems.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Keep up with new Salesforce and QuickBase capabilities and enhancements.
- Work with the Director of Commercial Excellence on the evolving CRM roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 2–5+ years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce or QuickBase in a live production environment.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, relationships, and data structures.
- Practical experience with flows, validation rules, and automation tools.
- Experience creating and analyzing reports and dashboards.
- Background in managing users, access control, security, and permissions.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
- Clear communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or Revenue Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms.
- Experience in a matrixed or cross-functional work setting.

This is an on-site role based in the Greater Vadodara Area.
