Role overview
Emirates is hiring cabin crew members who can represent the airline with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout the journey. The position goes far beyond service delivery, with safety and security forming a major part of the job.
You must be able to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and handle aircraft service duties while following strict safety and security procedures. Training is provided at the airline's advanced facility in Dubai.

- Follow and enforce safety, security, and emergency procedures at all times.

Qualifications and experience
Applicants should have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service. A positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to serve people from diverse cultures are important. The minimum education level required is Grade 12 / high school graduation, and fluency in both written and spoken English is necessary.
Cabin crew must meet the airline's physical and grooming standards, including a minimum height of 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes. Visible tattoos are not permitted while in uniform unless covered by bandages or cosmetics. Successful candidates must also meet UAE employment visa requirements and be prepared to live and work in Dubai.

Compensation and benefits
The salary package includes three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay, and an overseas meal allowance. The base salary is AED 4,980 per month, with flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 flying hours each month. The average total monthly earnings are about AED 11,244, which is approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II Economy Class.
Meal allowances for overnight stays are added to the salary in arrears in the following month. The company also provides hotel accommodation and airport transportation. Additional benefits include tax-free pay, profit share, concessional travel, relocation assistance for settling in Dubai, free accommodation and transport, medical, life, and dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.
