Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver a European business development plan for H-Power’s fuel cell generator range.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with generator manufacturers, distributors, rental businesses, and end customers.
  • Organize and lead client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations across priority markets in Europe.
  • Handle commercial discussions and support the creation of proposals, pricing structures, and contracts.
  • Gather market trends and competitor intelligence to inform product and investment choices.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and operations teams so customer needs can be met effectively.
  • Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and customer visits throughout Europe.
  • Gradually take on broader responsibility for the European commercial function as the business expands.

Requirements

  • Background in business development or commercial roles within generators, distributed power, equipment rental, or clean energy.
  • A well-established network in the European generator market, along with an existing contact base.
  • Experience in selling technical solutions or capital equipment with multiple decision-makers involved.
