Role summary
This position supports automation work for Amazon Robotics fulfillment centers by handling human-led data auditing for both live and offline image/video inputs. The work helps internal fulfillment technology and robotics teams improve inventory accuracy and maintain strong stow quality across fulfillment centers.
What the job involves
You will review videos of stowing activity from fulfillment centers, understand what is happening in each clip, and use your judgment together with available tools to identify or confirm the product location. The role focuses on careful image/video auditing with a high level of accuracy and speed, contributing directly to defect reduction.
Key responsibilities
- Review several hundred short videos during each shift and respond according to accuracy, productivity, and acceptable operating standards.
- Use a tool to verify or mark product locations based on what you observe in the footage.
- Maintain a high level of precision while handling repetitive audit work.
- Follow scheduled break timings and spend about 6.8 to 7 hours per day actively working on video review tasks.
- For work-from-home setup, keep a dedicated workspace with a table, chair, and adequate lighting.
- Ensure work-related data remains accessible only to the employee.
Work environment and schedule
This is a 24x7 operational role with rotational shifts, including night shifts. The normal shift length is 9 hours, including planned breaks. Shift timings may change every 3 to 4 months or whenever business needs require it. Night shift work, where applicable, includes an allowance under Amazon policy.
The working pattern follows rotational two-consecutive-day weekly offs, resulting in a 5-day work week. The weekly offs may not fall on Saturday and Sunday and can vary based on business discretion.
Candidate expectations
- Comfort with a non-technical contract role for a 6-month period.
- Ability to audit image, video, and text-based tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, including reviewing blurry or low-sharpness videos.
- Capability to work toward changing quality and productivity goals.
- Quick learning ability and consistent performance.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, collaborate with remote teams, and contribute as a strong team player.
- Readiness to visit the office for a few days when needed, for those working from home.
- Willingness to keep the laptop camera on during virtual meetings.
About the team

Performance in the role may also be used for coaching and improvement reviews.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required. The role also calls for flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
