Role Overview

The Application Analyst will be responsible for the daily technical operations of a major customer account. This is a client-facing, high-visibility position focused on ensuring that the physician-facing platform across Ambient AI, Charge Capture, and Clinical Viewing consistently meets or surpasses contractual service levels across multiple environments. The role involves leading operational routines, coordinating critical integrations, and driving improvements that support physician satisfaction and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will track technical performance across portal and mobile environments, including availability, completion metrics, and interface targets, and compare them against SLA commitments. You will monitor platform health, work with Engineering to identify and resolve defects, and communicate the root cause of incidents clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

You will also oversee governance activities such as routine maintenance, security patching, and compliance-related schedules to ensure they are executed on time. On the project side, you will coordinate upgrades, infrastructure patches, and configuration updates so releases reach users with minimal disruption.
