The Role

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for building, improving, and tuning machine learning systems that support mobile products. You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to create intelligent features that improve user experience and bring data into product decisions. Your work will directly contribute to applying AI and deep learning in the mobile app space.

Responsibilities

• Create, train, and refine machine learning models for different mobile app features.
• Investigate and apply modern AI methods to lift user engagement and improve app performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to embed AI-based capabilities into applications.
• Build and support scalable ML workflows, including deployment and monitoring.
• Examine large datasets to uncover insights that inform product and business decisions.
• Keep track of current AI developments and proven practices, and bring relevant ideas into the development process.
• Adapt AI models for mobile use so they remain fast and efficient with low latency.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 or more years of experience in AI/ML development, ideally with mobile applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning tools.
• Practical experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and statistical modeling.
• Exposure to cloud ML platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience deploying ML models into production and maintaining them over time.
• Comfort working in a remote, collaborative team setup.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a mindset for innovation.

Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 to $187,000 per year.
