Role overview
DSV is expanding its global transport and logistics network, and this opening is for a Warehouse Operator based in Leixlip, County Kildare. The role supports a customer in a high-tech cleanroom setting by keeping materials, inventory, and deliveries moving efficiently so day-to-day operations stay on track.
Working pattern and pay
This is a full-time night position on a 4-on/4-off rota, with hours from 19:00 to 07:00. The salary is €32,000.
Key duties
- Take in incoming deliveries, monitor stock movement, and maintain inventory control.
- Assist with customer dock activity and handle materials safely and accurately.
- Prepare shipments and process returned goods.
- Ensure handovers and supporting paperwork are completed correctly.
- Keep the work area clean, compliant, and safe at all times.
- Act fast on delivery problems to reduce disruption and delay.
- Work in accordance with PPE rules and cleanroom protocols.
- Carry out tasks to SOPs and quality expectations.
- Identify hazards and contribute to audit support.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant has prior exposure to logistics or warehouse work, pays close attention to detail, and can be relied on to work accurately. Comfortable use of basic computer tools such as Excel and Outlook is needed, along with the ability to perform well both independently and as part of a team.
