Overview

Ecomeal, a pioneering food technology startup devoted to reducing food waste and promoting sustainable dining within the restaurant, cafe, and HoReCa sectors, invites passionate interns to join its innovative team. Recognized by DPIIT, Startup India, and MSME, Ecomeal integrates AI/ML-powered inventory management and strategic menu suggestions to boost efficiency, cut costs, and lower environmental impact. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to craft compelling video content that aligns with our sustainable mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and bring to life video ideas from initial concepts through storyboarding, shot planning, framing, camera movements, and compelling visual storytelling.
• Manage on-location filming and produce high-quality cinematic videos for diverse platforms such as social media, marketing campaigns, brand films, and more.
• Innovate with lighting, composition, camera techniques, transitions, and varied visual aesthetics to shape and evolve Ecomeal’s distinctive imagery.
• Independently edit and finalize videos in synergy with the creative and marketing teams, creating engaging narratives through video content.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship, starting between August 20, 2026, and September 24, 2026, for a two-month duration.
• Aspirants with relevant skills and interests in videography and cinematography are encouraged to apply; women restarting their careers and fresh graduates seeking employment are highly welcome.
• Preferred to possess or have access to personal filming tools such as cameras, lighting equipment, tripods, or stabilizers.
• Capability to independently handle shoot setups and equipment.
• Comfortable conducting shoots across various locations.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing past video production, cinematography, or filmmaking work is strongly favored.

Skills Required

• Proficient video editing capability, preferably with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Strong grasp of cinematography, visual narrative structuring, and framing techniques.
• Innovative mindset to creatively contribute original ideas beyond following briefs.
• Understanding of content management and photography principles.
• Familiarity with videography techniques and video making processes.

Additional Information and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 10,000.

• Certification and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
• Potential for a job offer with an anticipated annual salary between INR 360,000 and 400,000 upon conversion to a permanent role.
