This internship offers the opportunity to work on video editing tasks primarily focused on content for the founder's personal social media presence, as well as video projects for various agency clients. Interns will primarily work with short-form content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, ensuring high viewer engagement through strategic editing techniques.
- Edit short videos maintaining high audience retention across diverse content categories.
- Incorporate subtitles, smooth transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics to enhance viewer experience.
- Transform raw footage into captivating content designed for maximum impact and conversion.
- Eliminate filler words and unnecessary pauses to improve pacing and flow.
- Adopt trending viral editing styles aligning with client branding and content strategy.
- Meet deadlines consistently by delivering polished videos in a timely manner.
- Respond constructively to feedback, implementing revisions swiftly to match style guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the founder and content team to grasp storytelling techniques, hooks, and client requirements.

Compensation and Perks
- The stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month during the two-month internship period.
- Successful interns may receive certificates, letters of recommendation, flexible working hours, and potential job offers.
- Upon conversion to full-time employment, annual salaries are expected between ₹240,000 and ₹360,000.
