Internship Overview
We are offering a full-time, onsite internship opportunity in Pune for individuals passionate about video editing and content creation. As an intern, you will be responsible for developing and refining high-quality short-form videos such as Reels and Shorts that align with our brand identity and creative guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and edit visually engaging short videos tailored to branding requirements.
- Create consistent and clean visual graphics that adhere strictly to brand standards.
- Incorporate captions, motion graphics, and sound elements to boost audience interaction and retention.
- Work closely with content, marketing, and operations teams to efficiently deliver campaign goals.
- Oversee the entire content production workflow ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Identify and apply emerging content trends into platform-specific creative outputs.
- Organize asset management and maintain version control for all creative materials.
- Use feedback and performance data to enhance content quality continuously.

Compensation and Benefits
- The stipend ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹17,000 per month, comprised of a fixed component (₹5,000 to ₹10,000) and incentives (₹5,000 to ₹7,000).
