As a UI/UX Designer, you will shape digital experiences that range from widely used online services to AI-powered tools designed to anticipate future needs. Key Responsibilities

• Create user-focused digital experiences, from early journey mapping and flows through to polished interactive prototypes.
• Turn difficult business or technical requirements into clear, practical, and intuitive design solutions.
• Work with existing design systems, or build a lightweight system tailored to the project scope.
• Explore innovative design approaches, including opportunities enabled by AI, to improve user experience and meet changing expectations.
• Keep accessibility in mind throughout the full user journey and across all key touchpoints.
• Lead or support workshops with clients and end users.
• Contribute to usability testing activities and use findings to refine and strengthen the design.
• Present and explain design decisions to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Work closely with UX leads, researchers, designers, product owners, and developers.
• Review feedback constructively and use it to improve your work.
• Keep up with current design trends and bring fresh thinking into projects.
• Join design initiatives that encourage idea sharing and better ways of working.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, supported by a portfolio showing user-centred thinking and strong visual design across different projects; experience designing for AI platforms or technologies is a plus.
• Strong skills in Figma and working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• A balanced combination of UX reasoning, visual design ability, and end-to-end ownership of your work.
• Good design taste and a strong eye for detail, helping deliver polished and cohesive experiences.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies, and how they can shape new user experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
