Role overviewThis position sits at the L2 level and serves as the main point of contact between Amazon and its stakeholders. In practice, you represent Amazon to seller points of contact and are responsible for identifying issues, investigating delivery partner concerns, and recommending ways to improve the process.Core responsibilitiesCommunicate clearly, professionally, and consistently in every interaction.Deliver fast and efficient support to Amazon customers and delivery partners.Handle sensitive issues by escalating them through the proper channel when needed.Manage time effectively and keep work moving within required timelines.Meet or outperform assigned performance targets.Use sound reasoning to diagnose problems, spot recurring patterns, and propose process enhancements.QualificationsApplicants should hold a graduation degree in any specialization from a recognized university. Strong written and verbal communication is essential, along with the ability to explain issues accurately and understand customer concerns clearly. You should be able to stay focused on cases until they are resolved, work well both independently and in a team, and be comfortable using Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, email tools, and web-based systems.
