Role Overview
This position is for an L2 associate who serves as the main point of contact between the company and its delivery partners. In practice, this means you represent the company to delivery partners and help resolve partner concerns, investigate issues, and recommend ways to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently in every interaction.
- Deliver timely and effective support to customers and delivery partners.
- Handle sensitive cases carefully and route them through the appropriate escalation path.
- Use strong time-management habits to stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Achieve or outperform assigned performance targets.
- Use logical problem-solving to identify patterns, uncover root causes, and propose process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- A graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
- You should be able to communicate accurately and clearly with all stakeholders.
- Good comprehension is needed to understand customer issues and explain them back accurately.
- You must be able to stay focused on customer problems until they are fully resolved.
- Comfort working both in a team and on your own is important.
- You should be familiar with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
- Fast and accurate typing skills are expected.
- You need to be comfortable navigating websites efficiently.
- You should have a working understanding of email applications.
Preferred Profile
- Background in logistics or prior experience in a similar support role is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills will be an added advantage.
