Role Overview
This role is for a telecalling professional based in Abu Dhabi, supporting student admissions outreach for the higher education sector. The position involves screening leads, communicating with prospective students and parents, and helping them move smoothly through the application journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming enquiries to check whether they match the qualification criteria and show genuine interest in applying.
- Connect with prospective students and parents through phone, WhatsApp, email, and similar channels to explain information clearly and support decision-making.
- Assist applicants throughout the admission process using the online admission portal.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals through calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email communication.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to better understand audience needs, lead expectations, and lead generation improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of lead details, conversations, and qualification status in the CRM system.
- Pass qualified prospects to the relevant admissions representative with complete background and context.
- Monitor lead qualification performance, study trends, and share process improvement suggestions.
- Track student engagement and progress with the line manager, carry out evaluations, analyze results, and prepare reports.
