Role overview
EVE is seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven Telecaller to support its sales efforts in Mumbai and Kolkata. The company operates in the HRMS, CRM, and SaaS software solutions space and is looking for someone who can drive outreach, identify qualified prospects, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and support lead-generation efforts.
- Assess prospects to determine fit and uncover potential business opportunities.
- Arrange product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Keep follow-ups organized and update CRM records accurately.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly calling goals.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Hands-on experience in HRMS, CRM, ERP, SaaS, or software sales is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability.
- Comfort with cold calling and a target-oriented work environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and standard sales workflows.
