Through individualised coaching and experienced guidance, it helps clients progress confidently toward overseas education or permanent residency goals.
Role Overview
The Telecaller role is centered on handling leads, responding to customer questions, and supporting visa consultation activities. The position also involves identifying sales prospects, assisting with application-related updates, and delivering a strong client experience throughout the visa process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through inbound enquiries, outbound calling, and email outreach.
- Respond to customer questions by carefully understanding their needs and expectations.
- Offer end-to-end guidance on tourist and study visa options.
- Assess client documents to understand the likelihood of receiving an offer letter from a college or university.
- Maintain thorough awareness of the documentation needed for different visa categories.
- Spot revenue opportunities and support the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet targets.
- Deliver prompt, helpful customer support and share regular status updates on visa applications.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience in immigration services.
- Ability to manage several visa applications at the same time with strong accuracy and organisation.
- Excellent client-handling skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to earn trust and build strong relationships.
Compensation
The salary is flexible for the right candidate. A monthly range of 16,000 to 20,000 is preferred.
