Role Overview
Alpha Placements Services is seeking confident and energetic Telecallers / Calling Executives for its Sikar, Rajasthan office. The role involves reaching out to candidates by phone, sharing information about open positions, answering questions, and supporting the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates and explain current job opportunities.
- Respond to candidate questions in a professional manner and help them understand the hiring process.
- Keep daily call logs and update candidate information accurately.
- Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with both candidates and clients.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Comfort with basic computer use and MS Office applications.
- A positive approach and the ability to persuade and engage candidates effectively.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Capable of performing well in a target-driven work environment.
