Role overview
We are hiring a driven recruiter to help scale talent acquisition for ERP and enterprise technology hiring. The position centers on finding, evaluating, and coordinating experienced professionals across Oracle, Salesforce, and related ecosystem roles.
Work schedule
This position needs partial alignment with U.S. working hours (EST/PST), while still remaining available during Indian business hours for candidate follow-ups and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Find and engage suitable candidates for ERP-focused openings, including Oracle, Salesforce, and other enterprise software roles.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for offshore and nearshore hiring needs, from initial sourcing through offer discussions and coordination.
- Work closely with U.S. hiring managers and global stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Assess applicants for technical capability, functional knowledge, and overall fit with the team and culture.
- Develop and sustain a pipeline of ERP consultants, developers, architects, and project managers.
- Use job boards, professional networking, referral channels, and other sourcing methods to attract qualified talent.
- Arrange interviews across different time zones and with multiple participants.
- Keep applicant data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
- Track ERP hiring trends and compensation expectations in the market.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in technical hiring, ideally for ERP, enterprise software, or IT consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- Good understanding of ERP job families such as functional consultants, technical developers, and solution architects.
- Prior exposure to working with U.S.-based clients or teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication, along with stakeholder management ability.
- Flexibility to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones.
- Well-developed sourcing and screening capabilities.
Preferred background
- Experience supporting a consulting firm or systems integration organization.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation stages and project lifecycles.
- Comfort using modern recruiting platforms and ATS tools.
- Ability to juggle several open positions in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
