Role overview

Opportunities are available across The Good Guys’ Sunshine Coast stores, including casual, part-time, and full-time positions at Kawana Waters, Maroochydore, and the new Aura store, which is scheduled to open in 2026. These roles suit both people entering retail and those with prior experience, with a strong emphasis on learning, skill-building, and long-term career development.

Key duties

  • Provide customers with reliable, high-quality service at every interaction.
  • Support the achievement of profitable sales targets within budget.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver a positive customer experience and respond to enquiries.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store.
  • Handle web orders received by the store, including picking stock, wrapping items, and arranging timely delivery.
