Key Responsibilities

• Improve and manage the hiring source mix according to the agreed sourcing framework.
• Follow the approved infant attrition benchmarks and ensure diversity hiring targets are met as a share of the overall headcount budget.
• Maintain recruitment turnaround time from sourcing through offer release and onboarding.
• Ensure that all employee and joining-related records are documented accurately and completed on time with support from HR business partners.
• Meet turnaround time and first-time-right standards across key recruitment processes.
