This position sits at the center of recruiting, operations, and business growth, giving the right person hands-on ownership of hiring activity while working with modern internal tools and systems.
The role is designed for someone who is driven, ambitious, and motivated by measurable outcomes. As the person grows in the position, the responsibilities are expected to broaden into areas such as operations, leadership, or client-facing work depending on individual strengths.

- Find, assess, and coordinate candidates in a high-volume environment.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and serve as a central contact throughout the hiring journey.
- Share insights on internal tools and workflows to improve recruiting speed and effectiveness.
- Help create repeatable hiring playbooks, systems, and operating procedures that can scale with the business.
Candidate profile
- 0 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, operations, or a similarly demanding environment such as consulting or investment banking.
- A strong sense of ownership, a solid work ethic, and a focus on results.
- Able to manage several priorities at once in a fast-moving setting.
- Open to coaching, humble in approach, and eager to grow.
- Currently based in San Francisco or willing to relocate there.
Compensation
- Annual base pay between $80,000 and $110,000.
- Equity is included as part of the package.
