System Analyst

Role overview

This position is for a Production Support Analyst focused on HRIS/HCM and corporate services systems. The role combines production support, business analysis, vendor coordination, and governance work to keep applications stable while also helping drive enhancements and other delivery efforts.

What you will do

• Keep HR and corporate services applications running reliably by providing day-to-day operational support and maintaining service continuity.
• Work with business users and stakeholders to understand needs, assess change impact, and contribute to enhancement and project work.
• Coordinate with application vendors, AMS teams, and delivery partners so assigned activities are completed effectively.
• Assist with system upgrades, new features, testing, deployment, and activities after go-live.
• Track and follow up on project issues, risks, dependencies, and communication with stakeholders.
• Contribute to governance activities covering cybersecurity, audits, risk, compliance, and remediation tracking.
• Help with application onboarding, integrations, and technology lifecycle management tasks.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related discipline is required.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Oracle, Anaplan, ServiceNow, or similar systems is expected.
• Strong capability in business analysis, stakeholder handling, vendor coordination, and cross-team management is needed.
• Hands-on experience with application enhancements, upgrades, and technology delivery initiatives is important.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are necessary.

Nice to have

• Exposure to technology risk, cybersecurity, audit, and compliance work will be an advantage.
• Understanding of integrations, identity management, and end-to-end application delivery lifecycles is useful.
