Role and Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Your responsibilities will include providing essential personal care, such as assistance with meals, hygiene, and overall physical well-being. A significant aspect of the role involves supporting individuals in developing and achieving their personal goals outlined in their Individual Plans. Furthermore, you will actively facilitate community participation and integration for the people we support.
