Role overview

Priority Childcare is hiring a full-time Support Worker for Beech Tree Farm in Swansea. The role includes 39 hours per week plus sleep-in shifts. Pay is £13.45 to £13.75 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, along with £57 for each sleep-in.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to make a daily difference in the lives of children. You will be supporting young people who have experienced trauma or are facing mental health challenges, helping create a stable, encouraging setting where they can grow in confidence and independence.

Additional information
