About the Opportunity
This role sits within a nationwide commercial and supply chain function that is focused on improving the way large-scale procurement creates value for communities across Aotearoa. The team supports strategic category management and long-term supplier partnerships to help public resources go further.
As the Supplier Performance Manager, you will take ownership of the contract management lifecycle across a substantial spend portfolio. The core of the role is making sure suppliers meet the expected standards for value, quality, and outcomes, while strengthening the integrity of supplier relationships.
You will partner closely with Category Managers to shape Joint Business Plans, track supplier performance, and turn insight into practical improvements. Your work will help ensure commercial relationships stay aligned with organisational strategy and deliver strong value.
