Purpose Of The Role

The primary goal of this role is to support the store manager in enhancing sales, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall store success. This involves actively recruiting, retaining, motivating, and developing the team to contribute to the store's achievements. Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience are also key aspects of the position.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by showcasing enthusiasm for the brand and its products.
• Provide customers with precise details about product features, benefits, and stock availability.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, located in Kildare, County Kildare, Ireland.
