Role overview

Applegreen is hiring a Supervisor for its Cork North Ring site. This role sits at the heart of day-to-day store operations and is suited to someone who has already worked in retail in a supervisory capacity. What you will do

• Help the Site Manager handle administrative work that keeps the store running efficiently.
• Support sales growth and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
• Encourage the team by setting clear, realistic goals and using strong leadership and communication.
• Make sure store activities follow the company’s standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide excellent service to every customer.
