About The Role

ARN is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Street Team in Townsville, offering exciting opportunities within the entertainment sector. If you are passionate about events and promotions, enjoy engaging with people, and aspire to work in the entertainment industry, we encourage you to apply. As a member of our Street Crew, you will represent ARN brands at various activations and support the Promotions and Marketing teams with events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing ARN Brands (content, marketing, and commercial events) in public spaces.
  • Engaging with crowds, including MCing when necessary, to enhance events and draw attendees.
  • Setting up event sites in accordance with station standards.
  • Capturing high-quality event photos for social media, clients, and ARN, and posting them to ARN's social media channels.
  • Providing post-activation feedback and reports to the Brand & Promotions team.
  • Assisting the Promotions team and Reception with ad-hoc office duties.
  • Maintaining company vehicles, including refueling, cleaning, and reporting any incidents.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional reliability and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A demonstrated interest or prior experience in Events, Promotions, and Marketing.
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A well-presented, friendly, and energetic demeanor, serving as an excellent brand ambassador.
  • Initiative, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to perform under pressure while prioritizing tasks.
  • A robust, positive work ethic and a readiness to engage in hands-on tasks.
  • The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A full driver's license is highly desirable.
