About the Role

Pure Gold Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the operations of a prestigious jewellery showroom in Dubai. This role is crucial for driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the gold and diamond jewellery market and have a proven track record in retail management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining high operational standards. This position requires flexibility, as you may be assigned to any location within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the jewellery showroom to ensure efficiency.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
• Provide expert advice to customers on gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery.
• Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management.
• Ensure superior customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock audits, and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Stay informed about gold rates, diamond pricing, and market trends to aid in pricing strategies.
• Maintain product displays, presentation, and security according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics for stock availability and order fulfillment.
• Handle high-value transactions and adhere to financial and cash handling policies.
• Train, mentor, and assess staff to enhance performance and product knowledge.
• Uphold company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Cultivate strong relationships with VIPs, corporate clients, and loyal customers.
• Organize and implement promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure the store adheres to company standards for cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Be open to working at any Pure Gold Group location across the UAE.

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager within the gold and diamond jewellery sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, jewellery production, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with retail management software, inventory systems, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role requires the Store Manager to be adaptable and willing to work at any designated location within the United Arab Emirates.
