About the Role
Pandora is seeking a proactive and results-driven Store Manager for its Sligo location. As the brand ambassador, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the store, leading a team of assistant managers, supervisors, and sales assistants. Your primary goal will be to inspire your team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for every customer. Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and motivation to the in-store team to achieve store objectives by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Set an example of exemplary customer service and maintain a strong, visible presence on the retail floor.
- Educate and influence store operations, ensuring back-of-house activities effectively support commercial execution.
- Become a product expert through comprehensive training on Pandora's handcrafted luxury items.
- Nurture and develop your team members, supporting their career progression and succession planning, with guidance from the regional sales manager.
