Role overview
FENDI is looking for a Store Manager in Jeddah to represent the brand in market, drive store performance, and uphold the house’s standards of luxury, excellence, and service. In this role, you will guide and motivate the team, deepen client relationships, and ensure the boutique consistently delivers strong commercial results while reflecting FENDI’s heritage, craftsmanship, material quality, and creative identity.
Key responsibilities
- Track store performance closely and ensure key KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Support the selling process directly on the floor when needed.
- Review business performance, identify opportunities, and put action plans in place to improve results and grow sales across product categories.
- Lead the sales team by setting clear goals and performance expectations for both the team and individual staff members.
- Keep up with the local market and competitors’ activities, and use that insight to support sales planning.
- Oversee correct execution of company stock handling and operating procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer service so client expectations are consistently met.
- Build a loyal client base through CRM tools, clienteling initiatives, and in-store events.
- Represent the brand with VIP clients and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute plans to improve mystery shopper outcomes.
- Encourage teamwork, lift morale, and help maintain positive staff relations.
- Partner with HR to hire the right people for the store’s needs.
- Spot training needs at both individual and team level and share them with HR to support talent development.
- Prepare and send sales and operational reports in line with company KPIs and policies.
- Ensure FENDI standards are consistently applied across customer service, internal controls, visual merchandising, and back-office operations such as stock and administration.

This role requires a polished, goal-driven professional who can balance selling, people management, and operational discipline in a high-end retail environment.
Experience and education
- 7 to 10 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- 5 to 7 years of experience managing a retail luxury store in a prime location.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required.
