About the Role

This position is an entry-level retail sales associate opportunity at 7-Eleven in Evansville, Indiana. The role is designed to offer schedule flexibility while supporting store operations and delivering a positive customer experience. Team members help keep the store running smoothly, interact with shoppers, and contribute to the store’s success and the surrounding community.

What You’ll Do

• Handle routine cashier duties and process customer payments accurately.
• Complete fuel-related transactions when required.
• Keep store shelves organized by stocking products and maintaining displays.
• Support cleaning tasks to help maintain a neat, safe, and customer-ready store.
• In foodservice-focused roles, assist with food preparation and follow food safety practices.
• Provide friendly service and help create a welcoming experience for customers.
• Promote the rewards and loyalty program to shoppers.

What We’re Looking For

• A customer-first mindset and the ability to aim for strong service on every visit.
• Commitment to keeping the store clean, safe, and ready for customers.
• Confidence in preparing food properly and presenting it well, including coffee service.
• Solid cash-handling skills and comfort with fuel transactions.
• Willingness to support health-code and food-safety standards.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Previous cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and readiness to learn through training.
