Major Duties

  • Plan and execute investigations into potential violations of federal laws, cybersecurity threats, and public safety concerns.
  • Utilize judgment, resourcefulness, and adaptability to meet diverse investigative challenges.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with law enforcement agencies at all levels, including federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international partners.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness to effectively perform law enforcement duties.

Key Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Clearance.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed.
  • Must meet all FBI Employment Eligibility requirements.

Education

A bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited college or university is required. A degree in accounting or a related field such as business administration, finance, or forensic accounting is preferred. All degrees must be verified by submitting official college transcripts.
