Team Introduction

You will collaborate with Paolo (co-founder and CTO), who has a background in Computer Science and Economics from Yale and prior software engineering experience at Momence. Elian (co-founder and COO) also studied Economics at Yale, captained the soccer team, and worked in venture capital. Aaron (co-founder and CEO) studied Economics at Yale, worked in venture capital, and has firsthand experience in retail operations from his father's business. You will also work alongside our talented engineers, Emilio, Steven, Evan, and Andrés, and the Growth & Ops team members, Pradnaya and Tomas.

About the Role

Airgoods is seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our rapidly growing company. This is an opportunity to contribute to building a billion-dollar business from the ground up. You will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept and design through implementation, release, and ongoing iteration. What You Bring

Must-Haves

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying full-stack applications in a production environment.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for our React-based frontend and Node.js/Express for the backend.
• Strong expertise in relational databases, with a preference for PostgreSQL.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for crafting high-quality software.
• Proven track record of shipping production code using similar technologies.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience in a startup environment or developing products from inception to market launch.
• Familiarity with advanced front-end tools like Redux for state management or modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.
• Experience in mobile application development, either natively or using cross-platform solutions like React Native.
• Expertise in Next.js or other server-side JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with monorepos and build systems like Turborepo.
• Experience designing and building scalable backend systems for high-growth products.
