Internship Overview
This internship offers an opportunity to contribute towards building innovative AI-driven solutions that transform the insurance sector. You will be engaged in developing and supporting web applications and AI-powered features using a modern technology stack, gaining exposure across the entire software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain frontend web interfaces with React.js and backend services using Node.js.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs leveraging FastAPI to support AI and machine learning applications.
- Work with and manage relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of AI-enhanced components and functionalities.
- Assist with deploying and maintaining applications on cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Engage in all stages of the software development process: coding, testing, deployment, and upkeep.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong academic foundation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar disciplines.
- Practical experience with JavaScript frameworks (React.js), backend development (Node.js), Python programming, and FastAPI framework.
- Competence in designing and consuming REST APIs along with working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, particularly large language models or generative artificial intelligence technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills.
