Role Summary

This is a full-time remote SOC Analyst position based in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will oversee security monitoring, analyze alerts to identify threats, investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and help strengthen protection against cyberattacks. The role includes working closely with Cyber Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting teams to maintain and improve the organization’s security posture. In addition, the position may require on-call availability for escalations and urgent incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor security tools and systems to spot suspicious activity and potential threats.

Review alerts, investigate security incidents, and determine the appropriate response.

Prepare clear, detailed incident documentation and reports.

Support the implementation of measures that reduce exposure to cyberattacks.

Coordinate with Cyber Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting teams on security findings and response actions.

Be available for on-call support when critical incidents or escalations occur.

Required Qualifications

The role calls for solid experience in cyber threat hunting and cyber threat intelligence, along with a strong foundation in security operations and cybersecurity practices. Candidates should be comfortable using security tools and technologies, possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and work well in a team environment. Prior work in a similar position is preferred, and industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH are considered beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related discipline is required.

Additional Information

This is a remote role. On-call coverage may be necessary for important escalations and time-sensitive security events. The job is intended for a candidate based in Dubai, UAE.
