Role overview
As a Shipper-Receiver, you’ll help keep the store’s stock area organized so incoming and outgoing orders can be handled quickly and safely. This role is important to smooth store operations and to maintaining the level of service customers expect.
Compensation and benefits
The hourly pay range for this position is $18.60 to $20.90, based on qualifications. Benefits start on the first day, and the role also includes paid time off along with several other benefits.
Key duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing orders accurately from start to finish.
- Receive customer orders by loading and unloading products.
- Check items against purchase records and shipping paperwork.
- Organize stock by sorting items and placing them in the proper location.
- Resolve issues when products, shipments, or paperwork do not match.
What you need
- Strong communication and customer service ability.
- Capacity to safely lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Previous exposure to, or familiarity with, the aftermarket parts sector is an advantage.
