This internship provides practical experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) where interns will engage in diverse activities to enhance website visibility and performance. Responsibilities include carrying out thorough keyword research and analyzing competitors, building and managing backlink profiles through Web 2.0 properties, directory listings, and submissions on platforms like PDF and Slideshare. Interns will also assist with link-building, on-page SEO optimization, and technical SEO improvements to boost site rankings.
Monitoring and analyzing website metrics using Google Search Console and Google Analytics will be crucial to assess performance. Interns will explore SEO opportunities, optimize website content, track keyword rankings, and generate reports. A unique task involves implementing AI visibility strategies to ensure the company's service pages are prominently featured on AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Mode, and Gemini. Additionally, interns will design visual content like blog covers, LinkedIn banners, and post graphics using Canva.
Candidate Requirements
- Full-time availability for an in-office internship lasting 6 months, starting between October 6 and November 10, 2026.
- Preferred backgrounds include graduates in Computer Science, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
- Prior experience through SEO internships or freelance projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic creation is required.
- Strong written English skills, suitable for content and blog writing.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI-based search visibility approaches (e.g., for ChatGPT, Google AI Mode) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
