As a Senior IT Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the infrastructure behind our platform and internal operations. From cloud systems and automation to security and reliability, your work will help ensure stable, scalable, and efficient IT environments that support our teams and users every day.
Tasks
Infrastructure & Operations

Administer and maintain Linux-based systems (Ubuntu)
Manage cloud-based servers and infrastructure
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
Maintain backup and business continuity processes
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
Maintain and support web server infrastructure (NGINX)

Security & Compliance

Support network setup, security, and access control
Analyze and evaluate information security incidents
Collect and document incident evidence for risk evaluation
Implement solutions to prevent and resolve security incidents
Ensure confidentiality and protection of company information

Automation & DevOps

Support CI/CD processes and related tools
Automate operational tasks using scripting and Ansible
Maintain Docker-based environments
Work with monitoring and logging solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, or similar tools

User & Internal IT Support

Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments with focus on SharePoint
Provide technical support for internal users and departments
Support macOS / Apple devices and related administration tasks
Document IT systems, tools, and operational procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
4+ years of professional experience in IT administration or infrastructure operations
Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu)
Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Experience with Docker, Git, and shell scripting
Familiarity with networking, access control, and IT security principles
Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Reliable team player with a proactive and independent working style
Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Experience with Ansible
Experience with NGINX
Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, PagerDuty, or CloudWatch
Experience with Apple/macOS administration
