Job description
Role OverviewUltraTech Cement is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing professional to lead growth and opportunity marketing across Utec’s digital ecosystem, including IHB, Partner, Pass Apps, and LOMS. The role focuses on building engagement, driving conversion, and supporting adoption of digital products and features through tailored marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn growth and opportunity marketing for Utec’s digital platforms, covering IHB, Partner, Pass Apps, and LOMS.Create and run personalised communication and content journeys that improve engagement throughout the funnel and support conversions.Plan and deliver go-to-market campaigns for new features and digital offerings with the aim of accelerating adoption.Coordinate high-volume content production for use across India, including localisation and regional versions in more than 10 languages.Improve partner participation and digital usage through segmented outreach and in-app messaging.Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and IT, as well as external agency partners.Gather insights from market visits and convert on-ground learnings into practical marketing actions.Additional InformationThis is a full-time onsite role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
