Key duties

• Manage communication flow across the Ottawa and Kingston areas
• Liaise with clients and staff in a supervisory context
• Receive, draft, and prioritize work instructions
• Log and update dispatch details and related records
• Coordinate the use of resources efficiently

Candidate profile

• High school diploma or an equivalent credential
• Availability for a flexible work schedule
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Strong computer literacy and solid technical comfort
• Customer-focused attitude; prior customer service experience is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain effective under pressure
• Willingness to work rotating morning and overnight shifts
