Role Overview
This internship offers the opportunity to join Kweesha's enthusiastic digital marketing team as an SEO focused intern. The position involves contributing to the company's digital media growth by designing strategy, creating engaging content, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives that promote Kweesha’s brand across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to develop and enhance social media strategies that elevate brand visibility and encourage engagement.
- Produce eye-catching graphics, animations, and short videos suitable for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Partner with marketing and branding teams to deliver content aligning with the brand's voice and identity.
- Track and assess social media performance through analytics to derive actionable insights for improving content effectiveness.
- Keep updated on the latest trends, platforms, tools, and campaign styles to propose innovative marketing approaches.
- Consistently schedule and manage social media posts with accuracy and punctuality across all channels.
- Support broader digital marketing activities including content writing, email marketing campaigns, and SEO optimization.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship in Lucknow for a 6-month duration, starting between September 25th and October 30th, 2026.
- Possess fundamental knowledge of SEO.
- Graduates or postgraduates from 2026 or earlier.
- Strong interest and relevant skills in digital marketing and social media management.
- Open to candidates from Lucknow area only.

Work Schedule and Location
This internship requires working onsite from Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹9,000.
- Certification upon completion of the internship.
- Letter of recommendation provided.

- Potential to receive a job offer with an expected salary between ₹312,000 and ₹420,000 annually upon successful transition to full-time employment.
